PVC (polyvinyl chloride) fencing is a durable, low-maintenance alternative to wood. It doesn't rot, warp, or need painting. PVC fences maintain their appearance for decades with minimal upkeep — just an occasional wash with soap and water. They come in privacy, picket, and decorative styles, in white and multiple colors.
Yes. Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer — some offer lifetime warranties on PVC fencing. Ask us during your estimate and we'll provide the specific warranty details for your selected products.
Installation & Process
Most residential fence installations are completed in 1–3 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger commercial projects may take longer. We'll provide a timeline during your estimate so you know what to expect.
Permit requirements vary by municipality. In New York City, fences over 6 feet typically require a permit. Nassau and Suffolk counties have their own regulations. We're happy to help you understand the requirements for your area — just ask during your consultation.
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old fence as part of the installation. We'll include this in your estimate so there are no surprises. We handle the complete process from teardown to installation.
Pricing & Payment
Fence pricing depends on the material, style, height, and length of the fence, plus the terrain and any special requirements. Rather than give you a generic range, we prefer to provide an accurate, personalized estimate based on your specific project. Contact us for a free estimate.

Maintenance
PVC fences are very low maintenance. For routine cleaning, use a garden hose and mild soap. For tougher stains (mildew, dirt buildup), use a mixture of water and white vinegar or a non-abrasive household cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the surface.
Fence lifespan varies by material:
- PVC: 25–30+ years with minimal maintenance
- Aluminum: 20–30 years (rust-free)
- Chain Link: 15–25 years (galvanized or vinyl-coated)
Proper installation and maintenance can significantly extend your fence's life.
